Some information
With this glitch you will be able to share games without having the other person enable your account as primary on their console, essentially sharing either games between friends or getting free games as long as you have an account that has games you want. Apart from the method a youtube video will be linked.

Disclaimer
This method works for 6.20 only, and could take a while to accomplice. I don't know any other info about it so be careful. If anything happens like meteorite fall, bans, 2nd Coming etc. I will not be held responsible. Do this at your own discretion

Prerequisites
PS4 (obviously)
Access to the account with games
Wired connection with a LAN cable (PS4 to Router)
Patience
Functioning brain

The method
Add the account you want to use (must have games) to the PS4 and Activate it

Change user to check if the games the account has are unlocked (should be)

Go back to the account that has the games and wait in the activation/deactivation menu

Remove your LAN cable

Wait for a bit and then deactivate the account, you should get a DNS error screen, press OK

Sign out of the account and check from a different user if the games are locked

Switch back to the account with the games and wait in the activation/deactivation menu

Plug in the LAN cable and while doing so Deactivate the account again

After its finished remove the LAN cable and you are good to go.

Do you think this would work for those who are using a wireless setup? For example, if you set your PC as a hotspot and connected your console to it and then just disconnected it during activation.

I have no idea, in theory it should work if you are fast enough with disabling and enabling the wifi

If your modem is near by, just pull the lan cable going to the wireless router while you perform the trick, should be the same, but you'd have to be in the same room as your PS4 for speed. If you have an all in one, my best suggestion is to try it by removing power to the wireless, but that may slow the process down quite a bit.

I tried using a wireless lag switch to cut connection for a few hundred ticks, didn't work lol.
