Fear no more! For just $9.99 a month YOU, that's right YOU , can learn the secrets of financial success!

Just kidding, what kind of a man would I be if I scammed people to pay for information that's free? Hmm...

What you're going to need:
 • A starship
 • A Multi-Tool with some type of weapon technology installed
 • Warp Cells (at least two stacks)
 • Pulse Engine Fuel
 • Starship Launch Fuel
 • Navigation Data
 • Signal Booster
 • Optional: Freighter for better warping

Step 1

You're going to want to construct a Signal Booster which requires 1 Metal Plating, 1 Carbon Nanotube and 15 Sodium. Once constrcuted simply place the device on the ground on any planet. Walk up to it and press square to bring up the main menu and then select the option "Input Data". Doing this will require one Navigation Data. Another menu will open up, so choose the "Scan Secure Frequencies" option.

This will then cross-reference the Navigational Data and search the planet for any nearby useful locations. When using this option you will detect one of the three:
 • Manufacturing Facility
 • Operations Centre
 • Supply Drop
You want to detect either the Manufacturing Facility or the Operations Centre, but the Operations Centres are more desireable for this method. Once you have found either of the two, pick up your Signal Booster, mark the location and then fly towards it. The two locations we want will always have a predefined location for your starship to land at marked by lightly glowing rings; make sure to land in these to save on Launch Thruster Fuel.

Step 2

You should now be landed at either a Manufacturing Facility or Operations Centre, but be cautious because there will always be two or three sentinels around the location... especially if your planet has a dangerous sentinel aggression level. Sometimes there will be different types of sentinels around the area such as Quads and Walkers.

Exit your starship and look for the entrance to the facility. It will always be a reinforced door. You're going to want to take your multi-tool and begin damaging the door with the weapon technology you have installed. I use the Boltcaster and it takes around 20 seconds to destroy the door. However, in doing so the surrounding sentinels will become hostile and you will receive a wanted level of 2.

There is a trick to get around this, though. Once the door is destroyed you can walk in and the sentinels will begin searching for you but will never find you. If there are Quads present then be careful because they will sometimes glitch through the floor and be able to shoot at you. Be sure to look around inside as you will most likely come accross a spare Navigation Data, Health Station, Shield Station, Encyclopedia or Nanite Station.

Step 3

Look inside the facility for a malfunctioning terminal. Upon interacting with it you will always be greeted with a type of puzzle from one of the three main sentient species. To solve it, you will have to have learned all words from their languages or decipher it manually using a translation website. I have provided links to usefuel translation sites below:
The puzzles are fairly simple to solve once you have translated the message. Once solved you will be rewarded with either nanites, learned words from a language, units or a blueprint... what we are looking for are the blueprints. Specifically we are looking for the Fusion Ignitor or Stasis Device blueprints as they are valued at $15,600,000 a piece once crafted.

Done? Not so fast! Now you have to discover the blueprints for the technology and materials required to craft these highly refined technologies.

For the Stasis Device you will need:
 • 1 Quantum Processor
 • 1 Cryogenic Chamber
 • 1 Iridesite

For the Fusion Ignitor you will need:
 • 1 Portable Recator
 • 1 Quantum Processor
 • 1 Geodesite

The fastest way to find these blueprints is to repeat steps one to three until you have what you need to begin farming either the Stasis Device or Fusion Ignitor. Once you've done that, it all boils down to gathering the resources needed to craft them, which shouldn't be hard if the system you're in has planets with good resources on them.

Things to Consider

This method will surely get you to the max amount of money allowed in the game (which is $4,294,967,295) and it will take some time, but it does not come without some things we need to take in to consideration.

Sometimes when scanning a planet using the Signal Booster you will be greeted with "Nothing Found". If that happens, you'll want to fly to a different location on the planet; it can be anywhere but it needs to be about 3 minutes away from your original location. Place your Signal Booster down once you've landed and begin scanning. If again nothing appears then you'll want to warp to a new system. Keep in mind that some systems have higher hostility levels than others so be prepared for space pirates.

Some planets are simply void of any type of facility, so just warp to a new system if that's the case.

At times you will enounter planets where the sentinels are frenzied. This means that you will imeediately be detected as a threat and gain a wanted level causing all nearby sentinels to search for you and eliminate you. This is really only a problem on planets where high-valued items spawn such as Gravitino Balls. It is possible to use this method on these planets but it can be rather difficult. It's suggested to leave these planets if you don't want to fight off a few sentinels.

Be mindful of space battles between freighters and space pirates. If you warp to a new system and are detecting a space battle, stay clear of it. Getting too close may make the enemy ships turn hostile towards you thus temporarily disabling your Pulse Engines. These battles are failrly easy since you typically have the freighter sending ships to fight them, but it can be an annoyance to some.

Sell your farmed technology to traders, and not to the Galactic Trading Terminal. Selling to traders will make it so that the resell value of the technology does not go down in that system.
