This thread contains a complete save set for ASTRO BOT Rescue Mission (US). With these saves, you can get all trophies. My actual plat save is included as well. My last trophy was Space drift.

It's possible that loading the plat save (or another save) and completing random levels or challenges will unlock some or all of these trophies, but I haven't tested it. So, these tips are assuming you have to complete the tasks yourself. To be safe, I've instructed you to use the earliest save possible to avoid random trophies popping out of order.
Story trophies
None of the story saves have challenges completed, so you can use any of these saves for Greatness awaits... if you want to save some time.
1. Move your Booty! - Complete the first stage on your own save file
2. Root canal - Use the World 1 last bot & chameleon save. Select the boss battle and beat it.
3. Explosive Date - Use the World 2 last bot & chameleon save. Select the boss battle and beat it.
4. Teriyaki - Use the World 3 last bot & chameleon save. Select the boss battle and beat it.
5. Heartbreak + Gentleman - Use the World 4 last bot & chameleon save. Select the boss battle and beat it. For Gentleman, once she's pinned to the cave and you have to shoot her clothes off, turn your face away from her and blindly shoot the clasps off.
6. Sushi Roll - Use the World 5 last bot & chameleon save. Select the boss battle and beat it.
7. E.T. crawl home - Use the Before E.T. crawl home save. Select the boss battle and beat it.
Collectible trophies
Level must be completed to unlock the trophies
1. World 1 chameleons & World 1 Rescue - Use the World 1 last bot & chameleon save. Get Bot 1 in 1-4 (7:36 in guide) & get the chameleon in 1-4 (7:27 in guide).
2. World 2 chameleons & World 2 Rescue - Use the World 2 last bot & chameleon save. Get Bot 1 in 2-4 (19:18 in guide) & get the chameleon in 2-4 (20:12 in guide).
3. World 3 chameleons & World 3 Rescue - Use the World 3 last bot & chameleon save. Get Bot 1 in 3-4 (29:10 in guide) & get the chameleon in 3-4 (29:39 in guide).
4. World 4 chameleons & World 4 Rescue - Use the World 4 last bot & chameleon save. Get Bot 1 in 4-4 (41:43 in guide) & get the chameleon in 4-4 (43:25 in guide).
5. World 5 chameleons & World 5 Rescue & Robot Rescue - Use the World 5 last bot & chameleon save. Get Bot 1 in 5-4 (54:56 in guide) & get the chameleon in 5-4 (56:33 in guide).

Challenge trophies
1. Greatness awaits... - Use the Humble Beginnings + Greatness awaits save. Gold the first challenge level.
2. Greatness coming... - Use the Greatness coming save. Gold the first challenge level.
3. Greatness nearly there... - Use the Greatness nearly there save. Gold the first challenge level.
4. Greatness truly! + Big Boss - Use the Greatness truly! save. Gold the first challenge level. Will also unlock Big Boss once you quit to the menu.
Miscellaneous trophies
You can probably use the After E.T. crawl home (no challenges complete) save to get Goooooooal!, Blrgggbl!!, Sucker, You make me spin, Space drift, Zapped!, and Mind the gap! if you want to save time.
1. Humble beginnings - Use the World 2 last bot & chameleon save. Go into the Astro Ship and buy a toy.
2. Toy Stories - Use the Toy Stories save. Go into the Astro Ship and buy 3 more toys.
3. Crane Maniac - Use the Crane Maniac save. Go into the Astro Ship and buy 1 more toy.
4. Shoot the Shu! - Use the After E.T. crawl home (no challenges complete) save and then load the credits. At 2:44 into the credits (timed from when 'Astro Bot' appears) you'll see President Shuhei Yoshida's name. Shoot it.
5. Goooooooal! - Use the World 2 last bot & chameleon save. Play 2-2 (Beachside Boogie) and score a goal at the end of the level.
6. Blrgggbl!! - Use the World 2 last bot & chameleon save. Play 2-1 (Green Fingers) and splash your face, not Astro Bot's face.
7. Sucker - Can be gotten in any water level, but you can also get this in the Astro Ship once you've unlocked at least 1 piece of the aquatic theme.
8. You make me spin - Use the World 3 last bot & chameleon save. Play 3-4 (Fluffy Feathers) and you'll be able to get this at the end of the level.
9. Space drift - You can get this with any save, just hit Astro Bot with the controller in the menus. Very sad that we have to do this, he is a good boy!
10. Zapped! - Can be gotten on any level that uses the water gun and has Electra enemies, including Challenge 6, Devil Douser.
11. Mind the gap! - Use the World 1 last bot & chameleon save. Play 1-4 (Cliffhanger) and once you get the gadget you can get this trophy.
12. Lucky! - This is random. Use the Toy Stories save and just keep buying toys until it appears in the bin. Then, make sure to grab it.
