Save is not full and lack Familiar Methodologies trophy. Play through the story and you will get it. It should take around 10 minutes.
Multiple Applications, Workplace Recreation & Work Smarter, Not Harder need to be done by yourself but it's nothing extraordinary.

Surge kills, Vending machines kills - Surge kills trophy is already unlocked on this save. You can try killing one more enemy, if it doesn't help, use a save above to farm surge kills in Arcade Mode. As for Vending Spree, this one relies on luck, you should spawn in Active Investigations area. Turn around and go back, on the second floor of the room there should be 3 vending machines (2 at one side of the room, near the stairs and 1 on the other side of the room, near the stairs). Shoot at all of them. If they don't come to life, quit to the main menu, then resume the game and do the same thing all over again until one of them does. When this happens, kill it and the trophy should pop.
Surge Upgrade, Final boss fight - upgrade Surge, and continue with the story.
Airborne Rangers kills - I already unlocked a trophy on this save. If it doesn't help, use a save above to farm kills in Crowd Control (Challenge) Arcade mode.
