The save is Game Slot 1, where Final Sin is on Ultra-Violence, not Ultra-Nightmare, right? I just want to make sure. Does yours say Ultra-Nightmare?
Actually the campaign is finished. If you hit continue you'll spawn in the ship with nothing to do.

I got it to work as far as spawning into the Fortress of Doom, but the monitor that you go to Chapter Select is off, so I wasn't sure what to do. The save is indeed Ultra-Nightmare since when you go back to the Main Menu, it warns you it's gonna delete the save if you quit. Anyone have any ideas...?
For an Ultra-Nightmare save you can only continue, no access to Chapter Select...I could swear that I selected the last mission and rushed it all over again to the final boss, then the credits started rolling
