Can you reassign the region for this game and will this give me the challenge medals trophies if I do one of each ranked and campaign? Also will it give me new game plus trophy?

how do I get the trophies? it didnt popped any of them

Unfortunately, you will not receive many trophies downloading this save.

You can trigger some challenge/medal trophies to pop by completing any challenge. Aside from that, nothing else pops.
