This is my 100% save for Meow Motors.
Explanations are following below:

Just beyond reach & All for one and one for … & Meow Motors champion & Circuit race champion & I came,I saw, I won & Unstopable cowboy
Win the race West Canyon: Race (this will act as an extended tutorial)
Burn it & Treasure hunter & Drift Icon
Win the race Sea Treasure: Drift
(this will act as a tutorial stage for this mode, you can get Powerslide easily here)
You can also do Drift master & Maximum angle very well here.
Its only stars above & Bully & Get out the way & Locomotive
Win the race Desert Heart: Strike and kill 15 cars for the Locomotive trophy.
Satans elf & Unskinable & Swift as the wind & The prond of vikings & Ghostbuster & Fire tamer
Win one race per area.
I recommend the strike race to farm the rest.
Blizzard & Minefield & So sticky! & On the count of three … & Bulls eye!
You only need one kill at a time.
Just one and one
You need to beat Dude in the final race. The last event Matter of Honor is made up of one single, 5-lap race against Duke. Don’t worry so much about picking up weapons, but put your focus into grabbing the green Booster power-ups and filling up your Power meter for Nitro boosts. Alternating between these will put you well ahead of your opponent for the majority of race, so just finish up the 5 laps to defeat him. The trophy will unlock as soon as you finish the race.

You can easily make all other trophies in strike race.
