Can someone convert to US? I still dont know how to do it even with many tutorials on internet. Only know how to resign.

The game is not available to activate the cheats on the save wizard, so it is not-regionable, I suggest you create a European account and download it for free (so you can set the language in English) and play it in your account and use the save European set. Also I recommend that you also get a japan account (if you have difficulty use the translator to set it up) and download the japan version always free with play at home so as to have 2 platinum (separate lists) 1 (eu / usa) + 1 (Jap)

I also recommend you to use the hint from flaviuccio91 (thanks for that ). regionable is not possible with Savewizard.

So, when Horizon Zero Dawn comes with play at home can i download the JP version and have another platinum? =O

as far as I know there is only one trophy list for each region (no matter if you play US, EU or JP)

I've the platinum from normal version.
I was thinking that i was able to platinum the complete version from jp store with another trophyset.
Witcher 3 has a saveset.
Witcher 3 Complete Edition has another saveset. US version, both.

Yes you can do the Trophies for EU/US Version and get another Trophies for the JP Version
