Here's my Completionist trophy save for Mass Effect 1:

[hide][Download here][/hide] - enter the building in front of you and talk to the guy inside.

Tested on my second account and works. Note that Garrus and Wrex trophies will pop along with the Completionist one. I'm also not sure if the 8 planets trophy pops upon loading the save, since I already have it on my test account.

I've resigned career file, trilogy file and launcher file along with this save, and neither unlocks the skills trophies unforutunately.
