last painting is in inventory, go to the art dealer location to sell

No Stone Left Unturned (99/100)
last one is area 1 northeast inside the church

Off To A Flyer (14/15)
use the church in area 1, as you didnt require any tools, just drive in circle to respawn different items, the last one needed is the gun store

Gearhead (25/28)
missing amblance, army truck, swat van, probably just need a swat van

I Believe I Can Fly (29/30)
last is location northeast in area 1, the blue ramp

Speed Freak (9/10)
last is location northeast in area 1, the pink clock icon

Medal of Duty (9/10)
last in location in area 1, the green icon
