Sorry, but no.
The missing costumes I collected through chapter selections after passing. Save with maximum collection of everything else is "Save for Lore Hoarder". This is NG+.

I can’t purchase the doll for some reason, the triangle button won’t show up at all, so if I’m able to purchase the doll it will pop Lore Hoarder trophy ?

If you use these for ps5, you don't need to reregion. Just change the language in settings so you know what you're doing.
