Someone on TMX has said that all the individual collectible trophies for each chapter
would pop once you get all the collectibles on it, so I guess it's worth a shot.
I got 9 of 10 photos/graffitis on each save, see a video to get the left one and finish the chapter if you still haven't.

It didn't work :/ I tried the save for Before the Storm Episode 1 and it only popped the trophy for the specific graffiti, none of the others. Ah well. I'll finish it off eventually.

oh boy, thanks for letting us know. well, it was worth the try.

I’ll probably work on that when they release the jailbreak for 9.51. till there the thread remains closed :
