Can someone confirm if this work as a 100% save for ps5 version?

No it doesn’t pop all the trophies. It pops Transcendence and Self actualized trophy on load. Then all you need to do is play story mission on bronze difficulty and all trophies pop except Ultimate truth. For it you need to play survival on gold.
