This is a small save set for the new released hardcore mode.

Save 15: Just upgrade the Assault Rifle to get Armed to the Teeth trophy.
Save 16: Run to the pods, after the cutscene you will get Recidivist trophy (Finish Game in Hardcore Mode)
Saev 17: Run to the pods, after the cutscene you will get Lifer trophy (Finish Game in Hardcore Mode NG+)

I did it already so you don't have to! Here's the US version. Tested, all trophies pop.
