I bring you an (almost) complete save set.
Missing only the trophies of the first collectibles and chapters.
The instructions for each trophy are in their respective folders in txt file!

Bizzare Yet Bonafide - Listened to the podcast

Save 4.
Reactionist! - Activated 15 Interrupts

Save 5
You’re Breathtaking! - Passed 5 Don’t Breathe events
Phlebotomy - accepted the bite of a werewolf

Save 6
Above the Law - Travis and Laura agreed to work together
Mutually Assured - Laura and Travis killed each other

Save 7
Conspiracy Theorist - Collected all evidence
Decked Out - Found all Tarot cards

Save 8
Hard pass - Refused Eliza’s help

Save 9
Nobody's Fool - Jacob told Emma the truth

Save 10
Peanut Butter Butterpops! - Never missed in a combat encounter
Family Matters - killed all the Hackett
The White Wolf - Killed Silas
Rough Night - Kept everyone alive
Epilogue - Witnessed the Epilogue

Should've Gone To The Motel - Reunited Laura and Max

Save 12
Forewarned is Forearmed - Got a Tarot reading

Save 13
Lovers’s Quarrel - Nick killed Abi

Save 14
Hackett’s Quarry Massacre - Killed everyone
Final Girl - Kaitlyn survived the night alone

Save 15
Last man standing - Ryan survived alone

Save 16
Blood Pact - Infected every character

Save 17
Meddling Kids! - Collected all clues

This save set has no story trophy [Prologo, Chapters 1-9]; and also the following trophies: 1) Nick of Time, 2) What’s This?, 3) It’s All Coming Together, 4) The Truth is Out There, 5) Creature Feature.

For these trophies, use chapter select from the CUSA31345 folder in the set. All are extremely easy.

File number 16 (Blood Pact) doesn't have a text file so I figured i would post it here for whoever it helps in the future.
(Blood Pac): Encouraging > Warn Kaitlyn > Do or fail the QTE, doesn´t matter > Slam Car > FAIL the QTE.

Also, for whoever is having trouble getting the "Breathtaking" trophy is probably because you haven't copied the OptionSettings file, do not only cope the Save file because it won't work with stacking trophies.
