Here are a few saves which will help you get some of the hardest/most time consuming trophies for the digital stand-alone US release of AC Chronicles India.
Saves won't be compatible with the AC Chronicles Trilogy Pack (Unless someone manages to resign the saves for it, please let me know!).

TROPHY INSTRUCTIONS:
SAVE 1 - THE END?
- Continue game from main menu and finish the sequence.
SAVE 2 - LIKE A SILENCER, SMOKE GETS IN THEIR EYES
- Play through Sequence 6 getting Silencer Gold at every encounter. Just need 10 more for the trophy. Also use smoke whenever you can to pop the "Smoke Gets in their Eyes" trophy. Very few left, it should pop before you finish the level.
SAVE 3 - INVISIBLE MASTER
- Continue game from main menu and finish the sequence.
NOTE: "Not Your Usual Assassin" might pop too. Please test.
SAVE 4 - 100%
- I'm not sure if you can get any trophies with this save. Final save state after getting 100%. Maybe the kill related trophies. Please test.
