Make a backup of your saves first.


Beat the last level on hard and get the following trophys.

Eight Heroes Aboard (Bronze) Singleplayer: Complete Rescue the Rescuers
The B...attle is Won... (Bronze) Singleplayer: Finish the game on Easy, Normal or Hard ...
But the War Rages On. (Silver) Singleplayer: Finish the game on Hard Rangers Lead the Way (Bronze) Singleplayer: Finish all of Dante's missions
Never Quit (Bronze) Singleplayer: Finish all of Rabbit's missions
Have a Good One (Bronze) Singleplayer: Finish all of Deuce's missions


Do not hit continue game because it will not let you. You must go and select the last level that is quite easy even on hard difficulty.

Not sure if other trophies will pop off of this save. Report back if you manage to get any others .
