The save includes infinite health but Grenades, Tanks, Environmental Explosions WILL kill an sometimes the officers with the pistols will also kill you so be aware of those things while playing the game... It is on the hardest difficulty "Expert" so once you finish the game all 3 difficulty trophies will pop... I have tested this save and confirm that it works and have also converted the original save into a digital version save along with the disk version... You will need to resign the save to your own profile.
**NOTE** The very first Secret and the very first Polish Resistance Symbol in the game were missed when making this save... You can click the link below for those saves.
**What To Do**
When you load the game just click on "Single Player" and then select continue... When you're in a mission IT IS OK to restart your checkpoint or restart the mission if you need to!
**What NOT To Do**
Never go into Multi-Player and Never go to mission select because this will cause the infinite health to go away and you will be able to die by enemy gunfire.
