Changing a save from physical to digital release?

Hi everyone,

New user here!

I am looking to use a save for Ratchet & Clank (CUSA-01073) - Which I understand is the physical release).

I am currently playing on the digital download release - (CUSA-01928).

I am looking to use some of the saves provided in this forum, but they wont work with my version. Am I right in thinking I could use the PS4 Save Wizard to change the version in the Advanced mode like you would to re-region a game?

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks,

CB

Hello,
are you sure about that?
Because I've played R&C on the free digital version from Plat At Home early this year and I had
no issues using the CUSA01073 for the US region :thonking:

I even re-regioned it from EU and decided to share with the community, check it out
Ratchet & Clank 🅐🅦🅔🅢🅞🅜🅔 Save Set [CUSA01073] [CUSA01047]

I hope it helps you
If not, you still can re-region a save from physical to digital using SW's advanced mode,
I did that in order to platinum mad max last year and can confirm this method works, you'll just need both saves :pepewink:
