The CUSA does match for the digital one i can't find the CUSA for the disc one if thats what your using on the side of your case of the game it will show you the CUSA

There are only 2 modes but so far i can remember i did complete both

Use Save 8 and kill the raid boss (your last quest left)

Just unlock the skins that are in your inventory and the trophy should pop

Yeah i heard there were some issues with the location trophies with these saves that they somehow don't pop

Those are Ps4 saves but just the files you have to make the CUSA folder yourself and drag them in there
