there is a perk that doesnt have max level (bottom right)

I dont think any of these saves come with dlc items even the saves mrmoan has i dont think it has dlc items

Yea mrmoan save has dlc items in it so u can get his save maybe in a next update illusion adds dlc items and a female character too because atleast his saves have max stats and perks
