Sorry its taken me so long but I've been busy!
Here's my 100% save for Sand Land.

Save 1; 100% (transferring this save to PS5 will AutoPop Plat)
Save 2; Saved at the last 'Lost Property'

To see this hidden content, you must react with one of the following reactions : Like

Tested Save 2 on PS4, interacting with the 'Lost Property' will unlock MOST of the collectible type trophies (won't unlock Radio Towers), using fast travel will unlock ALL fast travel location trophies and fighting in the arena unlocks the respective trophies and, bizarrely, ALL story trophies!! Feel free to experiment some more.​

No mate, just select the last option on the title screen to 'transfer' the PS4 save.

I tested Save 2 on a test account and never used the system data, are you sure you loaded the save from the PS5 title screen?

Region change can be easily handled through the SW. Just follow the steps provided in the announcement or guide on this site.
If it's too difficult, you can send me your save file (US region), and I’ll take care of it for you.
