I used this save and got the following trophies after beating the first story: True Understanding and Ultimate Warrior. It did not give me Self-Actualized for whatever reason but I will just do that myself.
I also used this save and was able to get Ultimate Truth. Relatively easy with this build and 3 competent players to help you out.
Based on past comments, this is not the save to attempt Transcendence so I will try doing that myself as well.

yes when u play story mode its pop all DLC trophy's
and with transfer to ps5 its working on Eu ..
