    Maybe try reregioning the EU version then. That's the one I used and it worked perfectly for me. Not sure what else to suggest, sorry.

    Load the save on the PS4 version and upload it to the cloud in game. Fire up the PS5 version and download and convert your save in game. All trophies including the plat will pop on PS5.

    I couldn't find a working EU version so I adjusted Rednova's US Save to auto-pop all trophies including Bloody Ties DLC on PS5. No PS4 version or DLC required! Just resign this save and copy it directly to your PS5. It will pop every trophy including DLC immediately after starting the Campaign...

    EU Insta-Plat Rainbow Six Siege Instant Platinum - [CUSA01788]

    Worked like a charm. Started the game offline and it popped my missing trophy + the Platinum on PS4!!! Went online after and let the file upload to Ubi servers, fired up the PS5 version and my 50% completion on there went up to 64% too! Thanks, Boss! šŸ†
