Well, you have left me surprised, I had never heard of that, that a PC save can be modified to a save for the console version of the same game knowing that they are different versions for different systems. If you manage to convert that PC modded save to a PS4 save, it would be really flawless.

Convert a PC save to PS4 save? definitely impossible, they are totally different systems and different versions of the game, savewizard is exclusively for PS4 saves.
