I did not get the nightmare trophy. But I mentioned before that it's from a re-region of the EU save to US. The EU save here probably works just fine. I think it has something to do with the base save that's needed for re-regioning. There is data in there that doesn't come over.

It looks like the file system is in two parts or something, and Save Wizard can only access the Otago portion of the save and not on mission.
