no,, the trophies won't pop as soon as u load the save,, u need to beat a boss so the trophy pop or pick up an item required for the trophy u will start form the beginning on NG+4

i beat Morgitt and the trophy popped ... even when melina took me to the roundtable the trohpy popped..i leveled one weapon to +25 the trophy popped,, so i think all the trophies will pop and by the way guys.. if u plat the game on ps4 version and transfer your save to ps5 version and pick up...
