You cant make saves of those DLCs because there is no a save point. You have to complete them by yourself.

You can get challenge trophies for combat and predator (just do one of each type) and Perfect Knight trophy. What I did was complete every combat challenges by myself (with 3 stars), then I did some predator challenges until I got 16 medals, then I used the save and got the 24 predator medals...
