    The Platinum Completionist Save File has all of that unlocked yet 0 points... All collectibles were earned and the game was completed on a higher difficulty. How is that possible?

    Why does What I Had To Do unlock NG+ but not the gameplay modifiers? The game recognizes the save as me having completed the story which is a prereq to unlocking the modifiers. Makes no sense.
