No. Just the platinum trophy and the 2 Grounded ones. This save is before it's ever touched the new PS5 DLC so it won't unlock any No Return trophies.

Sorry for the late response. It has completed all trophy requirements, making it pop all but 2 of the new remastered ones. Everything's fully completed besides the extremely grindy benchmark challenges and all superior level ups.

Oh. The Last of Us Part II Platinum Completionist Save [CUSA10249] file isn't intended to earn trophies. That's what the save-set above it is for. I usually add it for those that want it in case any new DLCs get added down the line.

Treasures are tied to the profile data, not the game save files. I'd guess the profile save hasn't worked for you for some reason. Can you specify which save file isn't unlocking any trophies for you?

System data is only necessary for #13. You can use your own system data which the game creates on startup for the rest of the save-set.

Yes, but there's a catch. Only the trophies you've already unlocked on the PS4 version will convert over. If you have 60% on PS4, only 60% of them will autopop on PS5 etc.
