I couldn't find a working EU version so I adjusted Rednova's US Save to auto-pop all trophies including Bloody Ties DLC on PS5.
No PS4...

The PS5 version sees the PS4 save i believe so useful for both versions :)

Not sure if it unlocks any of the trophies, unable to test. But Platinum save for a free game none the less!
