Yes but only works for PS4 version. Lies of P doesnt have cross save

I see the issue now. When I transferred I did it using Apollo not SW. SW only allows AM for the Character files not the Account. So only way would be the Apollo process

Yes and yes. You can use the OPs save but need to move over the sav using Advanced mode

Exactly this. Even when SW gives access you still are going to have to know how to use Advance Mode to change region.

All saves work they are just ID locked and the only way to use them is to do the same process to change region which would be with Apollo and a JB PS4 or wait for SW to support and use Advance mode. You wont be able to straight resign and run.
