    did this and it did not work for me, i have to reregion the save because i am in US, maybe that has something to do with it? i am just missing, max level on character, medora (use popp's special on the secret wizard boss in the temple) and all bond memories. can you confirm that those 3 popped?

    You have to start a brand new save fresh and collect all 100 bond memories and also level a character to max all legit from a fresh brand new save
