    Glad to be of help I really enjoy this kind of games, but some of the trophies were quite annoying, specially all the loot one is super easy to miss if you advance the campaign too fast and aren't on top of it with a checklist the whole time.

    This is a very time consuming game, these saves required the dlcs, as I have the JUMBO version of the game and some stars are from dlc hospitals. I used the money cheat and still took me over 100h to get it done but that is maybe because I am slow and get distracted easily, they might help...
