Did you do something stupid like use saves that autopop trophies out of order or all at the same time? Rule of thumb is to actually play the game you want to pop trophies for and get as many as you can and then use other peoples saves so you can save some time in cleaning up the list.

Thanks, but why would you save the hardest level for this trophy? Someone needs upload their save that has all levels done and then the trophy will pop once another player does the first level without dying. Or at the very least upload a save where the easiest level is saved for the 'beat all...
