The Last of Us Part II Complete Save Set + Grounded Mode [CUSA10249]
I recommend using the Grounded Mode DLC Save Set if you're looking to Auto-Pop all trophies on the PS5 remastered version of the game.
That will instantly unlock the platinum trophy and the Grounded mode ones very soon after you skip the ending.
There's Profile Save Data paired with each Save Game File. Some aren't needed, but i've specified which ones are very important listed below and also inside the download. I've also included text guides and videos for every trophy, made by myself on this very save set. Youtube Playlist
The trophies are bundled together the best I could do, while also ensuring they are laid out in a natural progressive order, so they will look completely legitimate. Remember to take time breaks between the save game files if you want the time stamps to also look natural.
Remember that while you can transfer every numbered game save file over at the same time, you'll need to resign, transfer and use the profiles one at a time, otherwise they will get rewritten over.
If you're having trouble with trophies not unlocking. Try deleting the profile data from the PS4, then resigning it again on Save Wizard. There's no way of checking in-game if you have the correct one, so it's likely a mistake from having to go back and forth between them.

Delete all old TLOU2 save files before using this save or there's a chance it will fail to load.
Instructions: Resign both save files (Profile and Autosave), then ingame; load "Current Autosave" and skip the cutscenes.
Both trophies will pop after you watch or quit out of the ending credits.
