I had to split the saves into two separate files because the game limits the save slots to 20.
Also, there are trophies that are not included (mostly fighting bosses) because you cannot save during a fight
and after the fight is over, the trophy had already popped.
Save 02 - Supersleuth
Discover a Hidden Door
Press the interaction button at the floor
Save 03 - System Shocked
Recharge 20 Times at a Power Station
The power station is just in front of you, use it. This will happen naturally while you play, I'm including it for completion.
Save 04 - Gut-Wrenching
Find the Hidden Wrench
I found it for you, just pick it up.
Save 05 - Look At You, Snacker
Consume 30 Food and Drink items
Eat the snacks in your inventory.
Save 06 - Decrypted
Destroy the Medical CPU Nodes
Destroy the last CPU node.
Somebody Set Up Us The Bomb
Kill three or more enemies with a single explosive weapon
After Destroying the nodes, wait for ennemies to come through the door (just throw a grenade to kill 3 of them in one go)
OR run out the door and aim your grenade towards the right (back) of the other room.
Save 07
Activate the wall to get into the secret room (no trophies)
Save 08 - Asunder The Influence
Kill 10 enemies while under the effect of the Berzerk Combat Booster
You are already in Berzerk mode, just kill an ennemy.
Save 09 - All Patched Up
Use every type of Dermal Patch
Press R2 to use the patch you have in hand.
Save 10 - Shields Up!
Deploy Isotope x-22 and enable the Radiation Shields
Activate the console in front of you.
Save 11 - Override Superposition
Disable the Safety Override for the Mining Laser
Press the button.
Save 12 - Garbage Collection
Salvage 100 junk items at the Salvage Stations
Activate the green recycling button.
Save 13 - Load 'em Up!
Purchase 10 ammunition items from Ammo Depots
The ammo dispenser is right in front of you, make a purchase.
Save 14 - Thermal BOOMing
Destroy the Mining Laser
Press the button to destroy the mining laser
Save 15 - En Garde!
Acquire a Laser Rapier
Right in front of you. if you miss it, there's another one on the Executive Level in the Beta quadrant (in one of the bedrooms)
Save 16 - The Longest Jump
Jump across the big ramp in the Storage Level
Press and hold R3 to run and jump just before the gap. If it doesn't pop, reload and try again. Be careful when you land as there will be two robots (one on the right side, the otehr on the left) that will spawn.
Save 17 - Remote Control
Hack 20 ennemies which have been acquired by the Target ID Hardware
Hack the camera in front of you.
Save 18 - In the Not too Distant Future
Purchase a grenade from a Vending machine
Right in front of you, in the back second floor of the theater
Save 19 - Enjoy Your Purchase
Discover a Hidden Door
After purchasing the grenade from the machine, run away as it will explode and try to kill you.
Save 20 - En Passant
Solve the Chess Puzzle in Delta Grove
Mode the targeted chess piece to the square in front of you where the dead creature is.

Kill two ennemies or more with a single Railgun Projectile
Just move backwards from your position and a bunch of robots will come towards you. When you see 2 or more just shoot.
Save 02 - Jargon Cypher
Replace Interface Demodulator and fix Subsystem Relay 328
Right in front of you, it's the red module on the right.
Save 03 - Anti-Virus
Jettison Beta Grove on the Executive Level
Doing so will make the Beta Grove area inaccessible for the rest of the game
Save 04 - Maxed Out
Find the final Version of all Hardware Attachments
It's on the Mutated Cyborg. Kill him and search his corpse.
Save 05 - No Reception
Destroy the Antenna Relays on the Systems Engineering Level
Plant the C4, turn around and run away aaaaaaah!
Save 06 - Can't Turn back Now
Start the reactor Destruct Countdown
Use the keypad to enter the code: 3 - 6 - 9 - 1 - 5 - 8

Defeat Edward Diego while en route to the Life Pods
The easiest method I found to beat the bosses is to apply the Berzerk patch, then switch to the EMP gun, shoot the EMP to stun the boss and then use the Laser Rapier to slash him 6 times with the R2 button. Good luck.
Save 08 - Hacker? You Hardly Know'er!
Destroy the Cyber Core in Each Cyberspace Level
Simply shoot the last core.
Save 09 - This is my Boomstick!
Discover all Firearms
I have opened the case, just pick up the LG-XX Plasma Rifle
Save 10 - Neon Annihilation
Kill two or more ennemies with a single Plasma Core
Open the door and shoot the mutant on the left and move back out of the way. The plasma bubble will bounce in the room and kill the other one for you.
Save 11 - The Inside Scoop
Find all Audio Logs and Data Sticks on Citadel Station
It's right in front of you.
Save 12 - Point of no return
Finish Him! - Kill EdwardDiego with the Laser Rapier

Same Strategy as before. Go Berzerk with a patch, then shoot him with an EMP and the switch to the Laser Rapier to slash him 6 times. Alternatively, you can use other guns to weaken him but do the last blow with the Rapier for the second trophy.
Save 13 - Not Even My Final Form
Find and install every Weapon Modkit
The last kit is in your inventory just use it.
Save 14 - Head Hunter
Find Skully, the Nightmare skull, on every level
It's right in front of you.
Save 15 - Off the Grid
Destroy all of SHOWDAN's cameras and CPU Nodes
The last camera is just in front. Shoot it and get the trophy.
Save 16 - The Key to Vector Sigma
Use the Isolinear Chipset
The shields have been removed, just press the interaction button.
Save 17 - Goldberg’s Ricochet
Kill an enemy by Bouncing a shot from the Ion Rifle
I had forgotten about this trophy. Just aim at the floor and the shot will bounce and kill the cleaning froid in front of you.
Save 18 - Get Ahead
Defeat all of the Cortex Reavers on the Citadel Station
You can use the berserker/emp/rapier technique or simply use the MK-84 Accelerator Railgun to shoot him. Hide behind cover while the gun reloads. a couple more shots will suffice.
Save 19
This is right before doing the SHODAn final battle. There is no way to save during the battle nor a way to save after the battle is over.
The battle will happen in cyberspace. you need to shoot anything that block nodes and all of the ennemies. I would recommend not moving too much as enemy spawn seem to be triggered by where you do.
When SHODAN attacks from his tower, you need to move under concentric circles so his shot powers the nodes to the left and right side of the center of the arena. Look up and when you see the beam start, run out of there. When the nodes to the left and right are enabled, use the ball in the center (middle of them) to shoot at SHODAN.
Once this is done, go to one of the pads and you will teleport to another island. there are 3 islands in total. Do this again (and again) 3 times in total. Then you can use your weapon to shoot the balls rotating around the SHODAN tower. When all of these have turned to blue, SHODAN will be defeated and the game will be over. You should then get:

Defeat SHODAN
I haven't played in the hardest mode yet, so I can't provide the Don't Forget To Salt The Fries trophy (and the Platinum trophy) for now. I will eventually do it, but I have other games to play at the moment.
