It is known that the trophy Scientific Collection is potentially glitched since day one, forcing players a second playthrough. Simply scan the remaining enemy Fungus Humanoid nearby. Drop down the swamp and look for the corpse to the right. It should pop normally since I have no deaths at all, but if not, follow the instructions provided here by switching the difficulty to Commander as soon as you load into the game.
Other missable/grindy trophies such as Masterclass, Applied Science and Worlds Without End are also obtainable by playing a bit further. Good luck
