Hi guys, since I saw there is no save of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes posted, here I post the save set and the guide.
I tested the saves, and they are working fine. However, the PS5 doesn't auto pop up, so you have to redo the action required in each save if you want trophies in both consoles.

This is very long game and already took me 110+ hours for trophy grinding.

Slot 1:
- Bond of Heroes: Continue the story until you learn about the hero combo. This trophy is not missable.
- the primal lense: continue again until you defeated the golem

Slot 3:
- A day in my life of the watch: Continue the story and finish the mine, and the trophy will pop after you defeat Kogen and the gank

Slot 4
- hometown of fire: go to kyshiri and follow the story

Slot 5:
- Raising the flag of Resistance: defend the war and continue the story until nowa has his own castle

Slot 6:
- trusted hero: fight some enemies with auto
- conquering the proving ground: just continue through the gate and beat the two part bosses and the trophy will pop after the cut scene

Slot 7:
- Town building beginner: teleport back to inside Valhalla and talk to iris then upgrade the headquarter

Slot 8:
- Hishahn is defended: follow the story and win the war

Slot 9:
- Guild founder: Talk to Iris and upgrade "build fishing spot." Fishing spot: product 1, "build mission guild." Then talk to gotcheau and dispatch a mission party

Slot 10:
- valorous shi arc: just finish the race before target time and watch the cut scene
- binge shopping hero: buy the monster attract charm about 34 times in accessories shop in the Valhalla castle (trading house)
- epic success: wait about 20 minutes outside the Valhalla (you can explore as you wish) and teleport back to your castle (inside Valhalla) and talk to gocteau (mission guild)

Teleport to abandoned mines and talk to your friends who are doing quest here

Hot spring revelry:
go to hot spring and use capybara army

Slot 14
Expert appraiser: Go to appraisal shop and appraise 7-10 coins

Slot 15:
Honorable statue: talk to iris and construct the archiev. Society: bronze

Slot 16:
Hero beyond time and space:
Go to hero trials ground (in the Valhalla's underground) and fight the boss level 26

Slot 17
I will reclaim this place:
just follow the story

Slot 18:
Songs of valor on the great sandy sea:
it is quite long since the last save point. just follow the story for the trophy

Slot 19:
a place for heroes to return:
upgrade the hq to lv 4

Slot 20 :
Ace forager:
pick up several resources more in any places

Slot 1:
Hero of commerce:
go to impersi arch and go to trade. sell rug, rock salt and some more if still not pop up

Slot 2
Polished partner:
go to blacksmith and upgrade nowa's weapon

Slot 3:
Sweet taste of victory:
defeat the boss

Slot 4:
last one to appear:
Follow the story

Slot 5:
eve of the battle:
continue with the story

Slot 6
Hero victory:
Finish the story

Slot 7:
a big bag and big sack :
Talk to iris and upgrade stowpack capacity 3
Monument builder:
Talk to iris and upgrade build landmark 1
i love weapons:
Go to blacksmith and upgrade all weapons to the max

Slot 8:
town building hero:
Talk to iris and upgrade the last slot upgradable.

Slot 9:
Card collector:
battle 2 more undefeated enemies in card battle
Card game champ:
finish the rest enemies

Slot 10:
skilled war:
do the last mock battle

this might one of the grindiest trophy i have ever play. the difficulty isnt too hard but really takes a long time.
Slot 11
Know thy enemy:
Go to underground and play the Proving ground. Play until you find Asthrea and Slaosha the Enforcer. Kill the Asthrea first

Slot 12:
Valorous finned hero:
finish the expert race in shi'arcraft racing

Sot 13:
beigoma collector : defeat beigoma sage

Slot 14:
the hero who fished the world
do the fishing in hishan south side until you get elderly fish

Slot 15:
whirled peace
defeat two more beigoma trainers located in the northwest Square and south east square

slot 16:
eggfoot race hero
beat two last races using ginger

Slot 17:
Gourmand Hero:
Talk to Kurtz and cook lollipop

Slot 18:
Treasure hunter
Find last treasure chest in the random encounter enemy in the great wood - south and do gimmick

Hero Combo master:
Do about 15 (or a bit more) combo attack. You can choose :
  1. Nowa & Lian: Senior & Junior Combo
  2. Marisa & Wayve: Guardians Combo
  3. Garr & Gigina: King of Beasts Combo
  4. Francesca & Falward: Light and Dark Heal Combo
  5. Mio & Hakugin: Stealth Combo
  6. Pohl & Ivy: Magitech Combo
  7. Prunella & Galdorf: Dwarves Combo
  8. Alwe & Lilwn: Elves Combo

The strongest runshard have been acquired. Now just go to code L and buy all of low level runshard that he provides.

Slot 3:
A distinguished theater
play the star cross'd lovers script with janquis as narrator, Valentin as Romeo, Perriele as Juliet and gocteau as laurence

Slot 4:
Invicible Hero
Battle one more time and nowa level will be 99

Slot 5:
I love Animals:
Talk to a cat one more time

Slot 6:
Take a Proper Rest
Stay in any hotel
