Maybe unrelated to the thread but I have the platinum on my Polish account years ago and now I upgraded to the remastered version from my Turkish psn, I want to autopop from the polish account however the game doesn’t recognize my save when I want to play from the polish account. The ps4 version from ps+ from Turkey psn also doesn’t recognize my save on PL account. This is strange because PSN Turkey and Poland should be same EU region. Any idea to fix it?

Idk for sure, maybe both are EU region with different CUSA code tough. You can try re-region it to see what happens.

You can use HTOS Discord bot: https://discord.gg/9FrAafyv

It will require some basic knowledge how to handle PS4 saves with it, but it's doable.

At #🏢 • hto channel, look for PS Bot (the one with black and gold icon), start a chat with it then, in the bot chat, then type /reregion.
The bot will ask first for the files from YOUR region (in you case, Turkey save) then it will ask for the files from FOREIGN region (in your case, Polish save), after providing both just wait it to re-region it for you.

To use it, simply resign all files with Save Wizard and import them into the remastered version.
