I just decrypted my save with a Discord Bot, then edited it in a Hex editor.
The hard part is finding what you want to edit in hex data.

Elden Ring has different save formats for PC and consoles, so it's not possible to convert them at the moment unless someone skilled enough creates a tool to do so.
I don't have a complete save yet, I'll post here if I find it or finish the game myself.

Thank you for this, also managed to get the trophy for equipping a relic since you already had two of them.
Are you able to post your save here currently if it has all the characters and stuff I haven’t had time to play but it would help if me and a few other people had saves with more stuff as we can change more values faster thank you for this save btw It did help me find the values for the relics

All my current progress is on the PS5 version, I used PS4 save just to import.
When I get home from work later, I'll try to replicate my progress over to the PS4 version, so I can post it here.
Ok i appreciate that i was only asking because even if you got a save with just all the characters unlocked that would help. If you use the max murk save to get all the characters it would help too since people can then spam buy relics and get the effect IDs and would help with all the character stats no rushAll my current progress is on the PS5 version, I used PS4 save just to import.

Btw, are you the guy who made the save editor in Nexus Mods?
I am not but I did help with it a bit I helped add the relic effect IDs well some I need a save with all the characters and murk so I can find more I want to add a preset button to the editor so I’m talking to the guy it would allow you to pick a preset based on what you need like a all damage relic or a all faith relic but no one seems to have a far ps4 save file yet

Unlocking characters will require me to run and win expeditions, that I can't do right now.
Unlocking character exclusive runes will need questline progress that I can't do aswell.
But I can spam buy lots of relics, I think it will cover 95% of effects (except for exclusive ones).
I'll do it right now.

Also, if you can tell me how I can get the item/effect ids from the save, I can contribute to filling the json on GitHub.
The best way is to equip the relics you want to edit or get IDs from and then find the character ID and right under that should be the relics the effects are right next to those sorry if it’s a bad explanation I do long work days but I try and get a in a few hours of helpingDone!

I'm aware of this tool.
We can only choose what effects we want on each relic. But not things like lvl15 or 500k runes like other guy asked.
