For PS4 version, just speak with each NPC and choose to do their easiest mission to get the trophies. One mission is enough per NPC.

For King and Queen just follow a guide to get them, takes around 10-15 minutes.

For the PS5 version, just accept to transfer the save data when you open it and all trophies will pop automically.

Tested on a dummy account for both versions.

Well, if you read my other comments, my post, or tried for yourself, you'd realize I couldn't figure out how to re-region it and that I don't think it's possible. I literally said I'm working on my own for those in the US - ostensibly be right back. Would you like me to take the post down?
