I've included all Trophies + Rockstar Social Club Achievements.
All save files are in a single folder.
They are labeled GTA3sf1 through GTA3sf9. GTA3sf1-GTA3sf8 are save slots 1-8, and GTA3sf9 is the Autosave.
I've tested every save, and if you follow the roadmap below, you can go from 0 to 100% in a legitimate order.
Just be mindful of your timestamps. Remember to take time breaks between trophies if you want the times to appear legit.
It's important to first get First Day on the Job - Complete "Luigi's Girls" by starting a new game and completing the first mission before using this save-set for legit looking timestamps.
I've included all Trophies + Rockstar Social Club Achievements.

You can do it now, or wait until after [GTA3sf1 ('PUMP-ACTION PIMP'] Either way is fine for legit timestamps.)
You start in a cop car. Drive forward along the sidewalk and run over people, until you gain a wanted star.
At the end of the road is an alley with a red waypoint marker and cop bribe. Pick it up to pop the trophy.

[Trophy 3] Liberty City Minute - Survive with Less than 10 hp for 1 minute.
You start at 8HP. Just wait for the trophy to pop.

Go out onto the street, equip a gun and shoot a car while stood in front of it. You'll get run over and pop the achievement.

(Unfortunately, a save set can't help with this trophy.)
Get in the ambulance at the hospital and complete the requirement.

[TROPHY 5] Going Rogue - Kill 15 Criminals during one Vigilante Mission.
(Unfortunately, a save set can't help with this trophy. Although you have a lot of SMG ammo.)
Reload the save file. Collect the Health and Armor, then use the police car inside the garage to activate the Vigilante mission and complete the requirement.

(You might've popped this trophy already while working on previous trophies.)
Avoid using melee/fist weapons unless you would like to pop the below trophy first.

Reload and take the police car out of the garage.
Go slightly south-west from the L marker on the map.
Take the ramp under the train station from the south side. Don't use too much speed and you should easily land a perfect Insane Stunt.

Find a Taxi/Cabbie and complete 1 more fare to pop the trophy.

Take a car to the junkyard in the top-mid area of this island.
Park it under the crane and wait for it to be crushed.

(Unfortunately, a save set can't help with this social club achievement.)
Just slightly south-west of the junkyard is the Fire Station.
Take the firetruck parked outside and complete the requirement.

[TROPHY 17] By a Mile - Complete the "Turismo" race in under 180 seconds.
Complete the blue phone (El Burro) mission around the corner within the required time.
There's a Banshee in the garage. It's the perfect car for this race.

Complete 1 more Rampage. All of them are available on the first island,
but I recommend doing the one at the red waypoint I placed just west of the J (Joey) mission icon.

Complete the J (Joey) mission on the map. It is just a little east of previous rampage challenge.

Equip the shotgun and fire a shot to pop the trophy.

(There's a Taxi in the starting garage you can use if you can't find one.)

[SCA] Blood on the Streets - Pass all 20 Rampages. (19/20)
The final rampage is at the red waypoint, above on the train tracks.
You can find a way up onto the tracks just up the road, east of the marker.
(Destroy 10 vehicles using Grenades.)

This will automatically trigger with the previous 'Offshore Delivery' trophy.

[TROPHY 22] Liberty City Secrets - Collect 100 hidden packages. (99/100)
Take the stallion out of the garage and it will reveal a purple marker. Follow it to the multi story carpark.
The last package is tucked away in the north corner of the first floor.

[TROPHY 23] Wheels Up - Complete 20 unique jumps. (19/20)
From the previous trophy, go onto the multi story carpark's roof and use the ramp in the south-west corner.
The stallion I parked in the garage has the perfect speed for it.

[TROPHY 24] Man Toyz - Complete every RC Toyz mission. (3/4)
Go to the red waypoint marker I placed on the south-east of Staunton Island and complete it for the trophy.

Complete the green phone (King Courtney) mission just north of the safehouse.

This will unlock with the previous 'A Gift from the King' trophy.

[TROPHY 26] Furious First Responder - Complete Paramedic, Firefighter, Vigilante.
Take the Rhino tank out of the garage, activate Vigilante, then just kill 1 more criminal on the middle (Staunton) island.

[SCA] Pest Control - Deliver all emergency vehicles to the crane at the Portland Docks.
Take the Rhino (tank) to the portland docks which is on the far east side of the eastern island.
Leave it under the crane, and wait until you get rewarded the achievement.

[SCA] Play Fetch - Complete the Portland Docks and Shoreside Vale import/export car lists.
Right next to the crane where you dropped off the Rhino (Tank) will be a 'Yankee' (commercial truck vehicle).
Drop it off in the garage it's facing towards for the achievement.

GTA3sf8 ('A RIDE IN THE PARK')
=============================
[TROPHY 27] Not So Fast - Complete "The Exchange".
Complete the C (Catalina) mission on the map.
This is the final mission. I recommend going back to hideout to pick up weapons and ammo after you lose your weapons.
It makes the rest of the mission, so much easier.
