HOW TO RESIGN, RE REGION, DECRYPT, ENCRYPT, & CONVERT SAVES
(You’ll need a PS4 or PS5, Computer, and USB.)
RESIGN SAVES
(Resigns saves from another PSN account to yours.)
To resign saves- Click GAME OVER/CREATE A THREAD. Go to your thread that’s created and type /resign. Click playstation_id, and type your online name in exactly as it is and hit enter/send. It will save then ask you for the cusa/bin & non bin files. Copy and paste the files in the bar and hit enter. It will take a moment to resign then it will give you the download link to your resigned save. Download the file then extract the file. Copy and paste the entire PS4 folder onto your USB and copy to system storage on your PS4.
RE REGION SAVES
(Re Regions saves from
foreign countries to yours.)
To re region saves- Type /reregion, click PlayStation id, type in your psn id exactly as it is and hit enter/send. It will then ask you for your cusa/bin & non bin files from your region. Paste it in the bar and hit enter. After that it will ask you for the cusa/bin & non bin files from the foreign region. Paste the it in the bar and hit enter. Give it a few and it will re region your save.
DECRYPT SAVES
(Decrypts saves to edit with a save editor.)
To decrypt saves- Type /decrypt, click it, click false and hit enter. Paste your files in the bar and hit enter. It will decrypt the save for you and give you the .bin file that you will use to edit your save with save editors ect. After you edit your save with the save editor you’ll need to encrypt your save.
ENCRYPT SAVES
(Encrypts saves after editing with save editors back to a normal save.)
To encrypt saves- Type /encrypt, click it, click false, false and hit enter. Paste your original save files you used to decrypt and hit enter. It will ask you for the .bin file it gave you when you decrypted. Click upload on the left side of the bar. Upload your .bin file and hit enter. Give it a few and it will encrypt your save.
CONVERT SAVES FROM PS4 TO PS5
If you want to convert your save from PS4 to PS5 it will all depend on if the Game you’re trying to convert has a built in convert saved data option. For instance, for Elden Ring Nightreign. You would upload the save to the cloud on your PS4. Go onto your PS5. Go into the main PS5 settings. Saved data. PS4 saved data. Download or delete PS4 cloud saved data. Select Nightreign saved data and download to system storage. Then load up Nightreign and scroll down in the main menu until you see the convert saved data option. Convert the saved data. You now will have converted your PS4 saved data over to PS5.
