There are 3 saves each for 1 trophy.
For waste management just load the save and pick up the last trash
For the Mystery solved, take the last piece of the letter in front of you and go to the location. I advise using a taxi to be faster you can either kill the guy or let him go
For the mystery solved climb the tower and get the last part then go get the car to receive the trophy
