Best chars are Ace (His Flame Fist skill is insane), Jozu, Blackbeard (R1 triangle is guaranteed damage) and a few others.
You can use my Pirate Crew setup with Ace and supports. Just sub Akainu from most of them for Jozu or anyone you like.
