With this single save you should be able to get the following side mission trophies:
Mystery Stalker
Broken Toys
Forensic Expert
Contract Terminated
Bargaining Chip
Dial Z for Murder
Serial Killer
Stop the Clock
Additionally, you can get all of the Riddler trophies except for Genius. So, that includes Conundrum, Mastermind, Puzzler, Intellectual, and Brainteaser. You'll have 367 of the required 400 Riddler trophies, so you could run around getting more, or use a separate Genius save, which is here on this site.
There are still a few assaults available as well, I don't know where they all are exactly, but you could get Aggravated Assault by finding them.
And finally, if you head into the basement of the Steel Mill, you will find the Mr. Freeze weapon you need for the Fully Loaded trophy.
Just follow the markers on the map and you should have no issues.
