For the 'Take the cannoli' trophy, you need to earn the Godfather criminal rating, which requires 10 million dollars and 100,000 criminal points.
The save includes 99,999 Criminal points and max money. To earn one more point, you need to: 1. go outside and grab a police car; 2. start Vigilante mission, kill one crminal (I haven't obtained any weapons yet. But it's pretty easy just using the car. ); 3. open game menu, the trophy pops!
