I improved the property tycoon trophy. Now all you have to do is go to renovation waypoint nearby instead of having to do the relatively difficult gang fight. Keep in mind the trophies For the Empire and Capture all Gang HQ's are not attainable with this save as they were required for this renovation save, so use OP save first to get those trophies. Oh yeah make sure you get the Phantom Queen trophy as well from OP post before using this save.
