With these trophies out of the way, you can have all chars with max stats. Hopefully the other party members will come with max stats as well
You CANNOT pay to level up party members or the max stats will reset (since they're so OP you don't need to level them anyway)
IF you level the main character through Work the max stats will reset as well
In this save Eizen already has all skills for the 3 starter jobs so you can hold on for a good amount of mains/sub/party/job missions before you need to Work to get new jobs and skills
If or when you decide to reset the stats from Eizen, you can edit them back following my guide
Also, Happy Birthday already popped in this save and Heavy Drinker/Lava Extinguisher trophies might be difficult to get with max stats so use my set to get them

The name for the stat Luk in hex is:

Search for it and you'll find all the other stats above it. The values for the stats are inside the IntProperty below each respective stat
Use a hex to dec and dec to hex calculator to input the value you want or just use FF FF for kind of max stats
For just 9999 is:
0F 27
Remember to not pay to level up anyone. An that you'll ahve to to this to the main character sometime when he levels up by doing jobs
But avoid giving characters Max AGI or even changing it
Find a nice rotation to make chains with skills and magic and increase or reduce the AGI for the party members you want to go first or last
My advice for this game after you get the Polition Job for Phanna is to give her Max Agi so she can cast Breakthrough at the start of every battle to remove damage cap.
Give your DPS, be it MC or other chars, the second highest AGI value so they second every time and use an area damage skill
This way you'll fly through this game
